Promotional subscriptions are enabled by default but can be unsubscribed via email links or account settings.

5. User-Generated Content
Submitted ideas, technical inputs, questions, reviews, etc. ("Submissions") are deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting, you irrevocably grant Maxing Tool a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, adapt, and modify Submissions (excluding moral rights). All Submissions become Maxing Tool's exclusive property without compensation, and you waive objections to their usage.

6. Order Cancellation
Only orders with "Paid," "Processing," or "Partially Shipped" status can be modified/canceled. For shipped orders, contact customer service promptly. If cancellation is impossible, accept delivery and refer to warranty policies.

7. Shipping & Duties
Products ship from China with a 7-10 day production time and ~15-day estimated transit. Customers bear no tariffs—Maxing Tool covers all shipping costs and duties for doorstep delivery.

8. Code of Conduct
Prohibited behaviors include:

• Abusive/threatening language (incl. gender/racial discrimination)
• Baseless accusations
• Repeated complaints on resolved issues
• Demands violating company policies (e.g., excessive refunds)
• Shifting complaint focus
• Disproportionate complaint frequency relative to purchase value
  Sanctions may include warnings, communication termination, or permanent service bans.

9. Intellectual Property

One account per customer is allowed; multiple accounts will be suspended. Shipping responsibility transfers to logistics providers upon dispatch; ownership/risk passes to buyers.

13. Pricing & Currency
Prices are USD-based; other currencies may display rate fluctuations. Product pages show actual payable amounts (excl. shipping). Bank fees/currency differences are customer responsibilities.

14. Governing Law

15. Miscellaneous

• Multi-item orders may ship separately
• Shipping insurance is strongly advised; uninsured orders bear transit risks
• Non-delivery claims after 3 months (4 months in Latin America) or due to address errors are ineligible for compensation
• Breach remedies include specific performance, injunctive relief, and attorney fee coverage
